This collection started with Home is Where the Heart Is which was inspired by that warm feeling of arriving at home. My pathways of hearts are what I have become known for and I love painting these… they always make me feel happy. The little quirky houses which sometimes feature are inspired by the wonky stone cottages which are prominent in the Derbyshire landscape… I live in one so know all about wonky walls.
